The shares sport a Schaeffer’s put/call open interest ratio (SOIR) that ranks in the 80th percentile. Historically, high SOIRs have produced large reversions in price action.

Options traders are pricing in relatively low volatility expectations, per FTAI’s Schaeffer's Volatility Index (SVI) of 43%, which ranks in the 5th percentile of readings from the past 12 months. It's also worth noting that the stock has tended to outperform these volatility expectations, per its Schaeffer's Volatility Scorecard (SVS) of 96 out of 100.

Our recommended November 180 put has a leverage ratio of 5.2 and will double on a 16.9% fall in the underlying security.
